From the Roots to the future riddim while remaining ever Present, John Brown's Body is still in motion. This award winning nine member group features a triumphant horn section, two positively charged singers, a super-talented lead guitar/ Hammond B-3 player, and bass and drum section that stand as one of the toughest in the Arena. John Brown's Body exploded onto the scene in 1996 releasing the first CD on their very own I-Town Records, "All Time." After putting out two subsequent CDs on the Shanachie label, "Among Them" (1998) and "This Day" the roots trilogy had been completed. It is with great excitement that JBB forges ahead with their newest release "Sprits All Around Us," a new sound within the structures of the music that is, and always has been classic JBB.
