This threesome from Ortonville, Michigan will appeal to most types of hard rock fans. Even The Odd use gritty guitar licks typical of heavy rock, intertwined with punk rock melody. In tracks like "Never Gone" singer Ben Hornbeck switches midstream from Zach De La Rocha style screaming to Billy Joe Armstrong-like singing. Hornbeck and drummer Ryan Darnell are making a comeback of sorts, after their first band Innercourse disbanded. This album, featuring 11 lightning-quick tracks, screams them back on the scene.
