Talented musician Eric McFadden and his band deliver on their latest album "Joy of Suffering." Eric McFaddens voice has a dark, almost sinister edge, which captures the essence of the songs. He plays the guitar with fervor not commonly seen amongst todays musicians. The Eric McFadden Trio is welcome change to the rock seen.
The tracks on "Joy of Suffering" embrace a range of rock sounds. Some, like Limitations, have a dark, edgy sound. Others like Put it Down are more psychedelic. Then theres tracks like Miranda, which use flamenco guitar. McFaddens ability to play so many guitar styles makes "Joy of Suffering" a great album.
