Amelia's Dream is a group that simply left me speechless after hearing this amazing album. From the music to the songwriting to the vocals, I was completely blown away. Their adult alternative, modern pop style is a complete work of art. Amelia S. Gerwitz has the vocal power of the Sirens. Her enchanting voice lingers in my mind like nothing I've ever heard. It took me a whole day to collect my thoughts and attempt to figure out what I was going to write about this music that would do it justice. To be completely honest, there isn't anything that I can say that can explain the beauty of this music. Songs like "Footprints," "Garden," and "Hey You" show off Amelia's vocal power and gives the impression that this is only the beginning of what to expect from her. The musicianship that backs all of these amazing songs is masterful and greatly compliments Amelia's vocal talent/skill. This is one great pop album. Even for those of us who listen to pop on rare occasions. It's music that makes you take notice, no matter what you prefer.
